Businesswomen Walking in Hallway

Dakota Advocacy has years of experience working with elder abuse & neglect cases.  Elder abuse includes physical or emotional harm inflicted upon an older adult.  Elder financial exploitation, or neglect of their welfare often happens by people who are directly responsible for their care.  Other times elder adults are confused and lack the mental or physical capacity to care for themselves therefore inflicting self abuse.  Friends, neighbors & community members may realize they need help, but just don’t know who to call.
